We recently completed a full renovation project on a stunning NYC townhouse. The client wanted to transform the space from top to bottom, so we started from scratch and worked closely with them every step of the way to bring their vision to life.

First,
we gutted the entire townhouse and removed all the old fixtures, finishes, and appliances. We then worked with the client to design a custom floor plan that would optimize the space and meet their unique needs and style preferences.

The new design included an open-concept living space on the main floor, with a spacious kitchen that featured custom cabinetry, top-quality appliances, and stunning natural stone countertops. We also installed new flooring, lighting, new built-in closets, central A/C, a smart home system, and window treatments throughout the entire townhouse to create a cohesive and modern look.

On the upper levels, we created luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms that were designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite featured a spa-like bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower, and the guest bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed.
